Oodles.Club Closure – Customer FAQs
Q: Will I still be able to log into Oodles.Club?
A: Yes – your account will remain active until 30th June 2019.
Q: Will members still be entitled to points?
A: You will still be able to collect points until 30th April 2019. Just ask at reception when you check out of the hotel. Alternatively you can request points via your account online. Just visit https://www.oodles.club/contact-us/; select “request points” and upload a copy of your invoice.
Q: How long will vouchers be valid?
A: Once points have been redeemed for a voucher online, you’ll have until 30th June 2019 to spend your voucher in one of our partner hotels.
Q: Are members able to redeem points for Amazon gift cards instead of hotel vouchers.
A: No, only hotel vouchers are available in the rewards store.
Q: I am a Platinum member, can I get a refund for my card.
A: Platinum members that have membership that are due to expire after 30th April 2019 will be able to claim a pro-rata refund for any months outstanding. Please contact us requesting a refund via https://www.oodles.club/contact-us/;
Q: I already have a booking in the future, will I no longer get my points?
A: If your booking is due to depart before 30th April 2019 you will still be able to claim points for your stay. All bookings that are due to depart AFTER 30th April 2019 will not be eligible for points.
